Wege, den inneren Kritiker zu verwandeln und aufzubl\u00fchen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Letzten Sonntag habe ich auf der AABCAP-Konferenz einen Workshop \u00fcber Achtsamkeit und Selbstmitgef\u00fchl gehalten. Besonderes Augenmerk lag darauf, wie wir die kritische innere Stimme erkennen und transformieren k\u00f6nnen, die sich so oft als Reaktion auf vermeintliches Scheitern bemerkbar macht. Klar ist, dass Selbstkritik und Selbstangriff zu den am weitesten verbreiteten Problemen in westlichen Gesellschaften geh\u00f6ren (daher brauchen Sie sich nicht selbst daf\u00fcr zu kritisieren, eine selbstkritische innere Stimme zu haben) und Zufriedenheit und Wohlbefinden ernsthaft untergraben sowie Liebe und Intimit\u00e4t in Beziehungen beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Eine kritische innere Stimme hat viele Ursachen, und es kann hilfreich sein, diese zu verstehen. Wichtiger ist jedoch zu erkennen, wie sie aufrechterhalten wird, da dies etwas ist, bei dem Sie wirklich etwas tun k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"CToWUd a6T aligncenter\" tabindex=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/ci4.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/rLtDz8lRiGKvUrijceF4KuNx6ps6zkfx-SfQiXl1MFHhKfZ_adE5znvtLjZWyjFvskqFgLSyYogaF1MpPovbJJfhN7fviFxlAJMarb5B_7XSr66_GrKJUB0lpQDKz5OwLuRKKi05TmLJ6bDd3Lsl5cE9_JxUhCWzwlJbPMk=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/bfe6fe3616459a2910d25a76d\/images\/b2b84f01-8d36-46ab-ad35-cc49679d9536.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"158\" align=\"none\"><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Betrachten Sie die folgende Situation:&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<em>Sie sollen bei der Arbeit eine Pr\u00e4sentation halten, um das Unternehmen zu bewerben und neuen potenziellen Investoren ein neues Projekt vorzustellen. Sie bereiten sich sorgf\u00e4ltig vor, doch als es an die Pr\u00e4sentation Ihrer Unterlagen geht, k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihren USB-Stick, auf dem Ihre Materialien gespeichert sind, aus unerkl\u00e4rlichen Gr\u00fcnden nicht finden. Sie tun Ihr Bestes, doch am Ende der Pr\u00e4sentation herrscht betretenes Schweigen.<br \/>\nOder vielleicht ein noch h\u00e4ufigeres Szenario: Sie sind auf der Suche nach neuen Kleidungsst\u00fccken. Sie w\u00e4hlen Teile in Ihrer \u00fcblichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, aber als Sie sie in der Umkleidekabine anprobieren, stellen Sie fest, dass sie alle zu klein sind.<\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Welche selbstkritischen Gedanken und Gef\u00fchle k\u00f6nnten mir durch den Kopf gehen? Was k\u00f6nnte ich mir \u00fcber mich selbst sagen? Wie lange werde ich dar\u00fcber nachgr\u00fcbeln?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Selbstkritik geht in der Regel schwierigen Emotionen voraus, und Scham steht an erster Stelle dieser Emotionen. Ein Gef\u00fchl der Scham entsteht, wenn wir denken, andere k\u00f6nnten uns auf irgendeine Weise verachten, dass sie uns als unzul\u00e4nglich, minderwertig oder schlecht ansehen. Oder einfach als nicht wert, sich damit zu befassen.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Forscherin und Autorin Brene Brown definiert Scham als das<\/span><em> \u2018intensiv schmerzhaftes Gef\u00fchl oder eine Erfahrung, zu glauben, dass wir fehlerhaft und daher der Liebe und Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit unw\u00fcrdig sind \u2013 etwas, das wir erlebt, getan oder vers\u00e4umt haben, macht uns der Verbindung unw\u00fcrdig.<br \/>\n\u2018<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"CToWUd aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ci6.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/mSVixsLZtxIPYbYDAk0Y1XA8UEs5mCXoB8tGsfx921vvO1XDIdcRtLz5hzX51-Titf1XzipppH84bjR7wuyCPYHRQ-ZGqfYFGDDf8vg2asV8EGoOv3fw1aficG2Rlfl7ibUQ7l3EKNuJys9ByoYnKIpY3gBFzFMJP7KE2Yc=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/bfe6fe3616459a2910d25a76d\/images\/a93a7438-668e-440c-b34e-8338a68b3b5b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"130\" align=\"none\"><\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es gibt den weit verbreiteten Glauben, dass der innere Kritiker notwendig ist, um motiviert zu bleiben, um voranzukommen, um erfolgreich zu sein, um besser in Dingen zu werden, aber ich bin sicher, dass es f\u00fcr Sie keine Neuigkeit ist, dass dies bestenfalls eine kurzfristige Strategie ist. Mit der Zeit ist der innere Kritiker stressig und erm\u00fcdend, und selbst wenn er Ver\u00e4nderungen herbeif\u00fchrt, sind diese Ver\u00e4nderungen mit hohen Kosten verbunden: dem Verlust von Freude, Zufriedenheit und innerem Frieden.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nun, was nun?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kultivieren <\/span><strong>Achtsamkeit<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> bietet die Pr\u00e4senz, die es erm\u00f6glicht, die Stimme des inneren Kritikers zu erkennen, ebenso wie die innere Stabilit\u00e4t und Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit, um dessen Ausl\u00f6ser, Tonfall und Auswirkungen zu erforschen (der erste Schritt der Transformation). Die enge Verbindung mit der inneren Landschaft liefert viele Informationen \u00fcber Absichten, \u00dcberzeugungen, W\u00fcnsche, Bed\u00fcrfnisse, Wunden und fehlende Erfahrungen. Sie k\u00f6nnen beginnen, Ihre verwundeten Stellen kennenzulernen. Vielleicht ist ein zug\u00e4nglicheres Wort Selbstmitgef\u00fchl.
