Ich habe es ein paar Mal versucht, aber ich kann es einfach nicht\u201d. Meditation ist eine F\u00e4higkeit wie jede andere. Um zu lernen, wie man meditiert, braucht man die gleichen Voraussetzungen wie beim Klavier- oder Golfspielen.  Es braucht 1. Einen guten Lehrer 2. Viel \u00dcbung 3. Ausdauer und Geduld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mythos #2: \u2018So sehr ich mich auch bem\u00fche, ich kann meine Gedanken w\u00e4hrend der Meditation nicht anhalten\u2019. Das Denken zu stoppen ist nicht das Ziel oder der Sinn der Meditation.  Wie das Sehen f\u00fcr das Sehen und die Empfindung f\u00fcr die Ber\u00fchrung ist, so ist das Denken der normale und nat\u00fcrliche Ausdruck des Geistes.  Es gibt eine Reihe von M\u00f6glichkeiten, in der Meditation mit den Gedanken zu arbeiten\u2018, je nachdem, welche Art von Praxis man aus\u00fcbt. Wenn Sie sich f\u00fcr eine Konzentrationspraxis entscheiden, besteht das Ziel darin, Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf ein \u2019Objekt\u2018 zu richten, in der Regel den Atem. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie sich in Gedanken verfangen, kehren Sie einfach mit Ihrem Bewusstsein zum Atem zur\u00fcck. Mit der Zeit verbleibt das Gewahrsein l\u00e4nger und leichter auf dem Atem; Gedanken kommen immer noch vor, aber sie tauchen auf und verschwinden wieder, ohne dass unser Gewahrsein eingreift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mythos#3: \u2018Ich sollte nach jeder Meditation gl\u00fcckselig sein. Gl\u00fcckseligkeit kann ein gl\u00fcckliches Nebenprodukt einer engagierten Praxis sein, sie ist nicht das Ziel. Ihr nachzujagen endet in Entt\u00e4uschung und verfehlt das Ziel.
