In Australien: Well for Life, Centre for Counselling, Mindfulness and Holistic Health
In 2009 I founded Well for Life — a Centre for Counselling, Mindfulness and Holistic Health — with a clear intention: to create a nurturing, healing home for my therapeutic work, a restorative space for clients, and a well-supported environment where other gifted therapists could also offer their work.
From the beginning, it has been a joy to watch the Centre flourish — to witness good work being done and people genuinely healing.
First-time visitors often remark on how calming and restorative the space feels, and how at ease they feel simply by being here.
A Space for Healing
I feel genuinely fortunate to work in an environment that is as calm and restorative as the work itself calls for — a space that allows every therapist here to do their very best work.
The centre offers dedicated therapy rooms for individual, couples and family sessions, as well as a group room that hosts a diverse and ever-evolving program — including meditation, mindfulness and therapy groups, psycho-educational workshops, creative writing, birth preparation and NLP seminars.
I have recently handed on the Hume Street premises to a colleague but Well for Life travels with me wherever I go.
